Secure Ordering Guaranteed with PayGate
When a transaction is processed, the client enters their credit card details on a encrypted payments page hosted on the PayGate system. Once submitted, the transaction data (including credit card numbers) are sent directly to the merchant's bank for authorisation. Transactions are processed 'once-off', and can not be resubmitted after completion.
Any credit card data stored by PayGate for reporting purposes is stored in a way that is compliant with the security policies set out by MasterCard and VISA. The credit card data we PayGate does store is not enough to be used to make a payment if it got into 'the wrong hands'. The Namaste-HealthShop is also only able to view a partial card number in the reporting site PayGate makes available to them, so there is no risk of the merchant fraudulently using credit card data they have access to.
Delivery Policy
Orders will be processed the same day if during working hours or alternatively on the next working day if the payment reflects in the bank account of Namaste Wellness Retreats. Delivery is done through Namaste Wellness Retreat's logistics partner, AO, and we strive to ensure that deliveries are made withn 2 - 7 working days of the order being processed. This is subject to stock availability.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Namaste Wellness Retreats bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Namaste Wellness Retreats via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Namaste Wellness Retreats separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR). All refunds will be made in the Rand amount only
